About the Foundation
Angel Edu Tam Foundation Inc is a nonprofit corporation organized under South Dakota law (SD Business ID NS275368, effective 2024-05-20). The Foundation focuses on education, child well-being, and community resilience. We publish this site in English and Vietnamese to serve international partners and diaspora communities.
Vision
A long-term framework of villages, learning hubs, and caregiver programs that protect dignity and expand opportunity in the regions where the Foundation may, after due diligence and counsel approval, choose to act.
Legal status
The Foundation is a domestic nonprofit corporation under South Dakota Codified Laws Title 47, Chapter 22. Its federal tax-exempt status under IRC §501(c)(3) has not been publicly verified through the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search as of the latest review and is not claimed on this site. Scope of this website
This website is a public-information and inquiry channel for the Foundation. It is not used to sell commercial products or services, to operate as a merchant-of-record for any commercial platform, or to solicit investments. The Foundation does not currently process online donations through this site; supporters who wish to inquire may contact us by email.
